Looking for Next.js engineer to help build NDA-as-a-Service webapp

I'm a (currently) solopreneur building an NDA-as-a-Service (Non-disclosure Agreement) web application to compete with Dropbox DocSend (https://www.docsend.com/how-it-works/). I have mockups and a small prototype working, but I'm looking to hire (pay per feature or revenue share) a Next.js engineer to help me build out the platform and, if it's a good fit, start the company with.

The first thing I’d check is not the React screens. For this kind of product, the critical path is the document access model: unique recipient links, NDA acceptance state, revocation, audit trail, document versioning, and the exact permission boundary before adding analytics or collaboration features.
