Looking for one operator to own delivery inside a real product (equity-first, high bar)
I’m not posting a job.
I’m looking for one experienced operator who wants to take full delivery ownership inside an existing mobile product.
Potenic is post-build and approaching soft launch.
The core system exists (Flutter + backend). The product is live in TestFlight.
Founders are UX, product and systems led, with clear operating discipline and documented processes.
What’s missing is not ideas or vision.
What’s missing is a single accountable technical owner who:
- naturally thinks in sequencing and trade-offs
- surfaces risk before it compounds
- protects release integrity without supervision
- can stabilise and evolve an imperfect but real system
- understands that ownership includes consequences
This is not:
- a greenfield build
- a consultant engagement
- a “CTO title” play or a salaried role
It’s equity-first and outcome-owned.
Initial scope is execution and delivery ownership.
There is a clear path to expanded equity and deeper engagement for someone who proves sustained ownership.
The bar is simple:
Founders should no longer carry technical delivery risk within 30-45 days.
If you’ve shipped real products under constraint and prefer responsibility over comfort - this will feel obvious.
If you’re optimising for salary, title or low accountability upside, this won’t be a fit.

When you say “own delivery,” does that include infra stability and production reliability, or mainly roadmap execution?
A lot of early-stage products struggle not from features, but from silent operational drift once usage grows.
@nextgethreat In this case “own delivery” includes both execution of the technical roadmap and operational reliability (releases, infra stability, production behaviour).
