Looking for ops person/growth hacker to join FinTech startup

Raise Financial is a fintech startup that is looking for someone skilled in managing the daily operations of a startup, keeping us organized with project management, and applying growth hacking techniques to help us reach our target audience. Our team is currently comprised of 2 founders (one with a finance background, one with a technical background) and 2 employees. Thus far, we’ve been completely self-funded. We’ve already launched another service that we’ve been running the last 2 years called "Scholar Raise" which makes it easy for people to start saving for their child’s future education with the help of friends and family. That product is currently processing around $35-50k in monthly transactions and we’re looking to expand into a new idea: Raise.

Raise is a subscription service that entitles our customers to the returns of a large upfront investment that we make on the customer’s behalf. We don’t pick stocks - we simply purchase a large initial position in index funds that diversify the investment across the entire US equities market. Currently, we’re based in Nashville, Tennessee, but are looking for someone to join the team, ideally being in either Nashville, Austin, or New York City. We’re actively building out our MVP, making improvements to Scholar Raise, and preparing to launch a WeFunder campaign to crowdfund the company before seeking formal investment. Any person that we bring on would likely be managing those 3 projects, in addition to building out formal process automation internally, and growth hacking externally. We’re seeking a Jill/Jack of all trades - someone with a good attitude, a learning mindset, and experience in their field - in that order.

    Hey Patrick!

I'm not looking for a full time role, but I've got the ops experience you need. I'm a full stack developer & founding CEO of whiplash.com, acquired 2018).

I'm looking to partner on some case studies for an automation platform I'm building– maybe we can build your immediate needs while you're looking for the right person.
