Looking for Organic Growth Hacker for Spirituality TikTok (Monthly Retainer $250 + revenue share%)

Hey Indie Hackers!

I’m helping a friend find a hands-on growth hacker/marketer for their spirituality-focused TikTok account with thousands of followers. The TikTok content is already covered, so you won’t need to create videos — your focus will be purely on organic growth and revenue growth for the channel.

The goal is to increase both followers and monthly revenue across three streams:

  • Monthly group subscriptions
  • One-time readings
  • 3-month course packages

This is monthly ongoing work, where you’ll implement growth experiments, test strategies, and optimize funnels.

Targets:

  • Grow TikTok organically to → 100K followers
  • Monthly revenue:
  • 200 group subscribers
  • 35–45 readings
  • 3–6 course packages per quarter

What we’re NOT looking for:

  • Creating TikTok content (already handled)
  • Cold DMs to followers
  • Fake engagement or bots
  • Passive posting-only management

Budget: $250/month (long-term collaboration preferred). Once revenue is steady, we’re open to increasing monthly cost and/or exploring a revenue share model.

Really cool to see a full stack expense tracking platform with web, mobile, and an MCP server backend — that’s a solid technical foundation given how MCP servers can power AI-aware integrations and workflows.

In my experience with user acquisition, defining your first target beta user persona (e.g., freelancers, small business owners, or personal finance enthusiasts) and crafting messaging around their daily pain points almost always moves the needle more than broad outreach. Once you have a few early advocates in a niche, you can expand from there.

Curious — which user segment are you most excited to validate first, and what early signal would tell you you’re on the right track (e.g., daily active use, habit formation, positive feedback loops)?
