I’m building YachtIN, an online marketplace for yacht rentals. We recently launched our first listings in Yalta, and now I’m thinking about expansion.
Instead of trying to cover everything at once, I’d like to focus on one new coastal city or country and build a strong local presence there.

I like that you're expanding city by city instead of trying to build liquidity everywhere at once.
Marketplaces usually succeed because they become indispensable in one place before they become available in many. Building local trust first seems like a much stronger foundation than chasing geographic coverage.
