I see the "engineer looking for someone with an idea" all the time and I think it's asking the wrong question. If you look for idea people, you'll end up with a dreamer. What you need is a marketer or a salesperson who can find customers for the product that you'll build.

What areas are you most interested in?
Hi Alexander. We may be just the team you are looking for. We are looking for a developers to join our co-founders' team. We have heavy digital marketing experience, were paid by others to promote their games, (Playtika and Doubledown to name a couple), and briefly had a Facebook game (22,000 downloaded the app, 1,100 made it thru the tech hurdles, 60,000 games played).
We also have interest from 3 global corporations. One wants a minimim of 2 games for in-game advertising exclusivity in exchange for $3.5 M USD/each. This CPG Co. has over 100K employees with high income they want to incentivize to play the game for one specific reason - a particular pain we solve in addition to a new pool to advertise to.
I come from the casino industry and have experienced making skill-based table games. I have several games for us to create, including the relaunch of our first game, plus access to two untapped piplines of proprietary games.
If you are interested in monopolizing two underserved groups in social gaming (players and indie developers), I am available at your convenience.
