Looking for people to join new #heavydots office in Romania #remote

Hello IH community!

I'm working on opening a branch office in Romania for http://heavydots.com/ custom development business that already exists in Barcelona, Spain.

We offer fullstack web development with PHP, Yii, MySQL and mobile development services with React Native.

I'm looking for the following:

• IT manager role who can handle day to day management of service business and make sure team and projects are happy and on track (I love coding and entrepreneurship but organization, routine, processes, tools, not my strong point)
• Business development / sales, either full-time, part-time or by comission, to make sure we bring in healthy clients with great budget
• Senior developers, full-stack, backend, frontend, mobile (react native)
• People with entrepreneur spirit such as a Indie Hacker who would like to develop and launch products / Saas, joining the team, working on client work and in paralel building a product

Why am I mentioning Romania? I'm in the process of getting a 40k EUR grant from EU to invest in local economy providing new jobs.

The vision and scope of HeavyDots as a business is intended to be global / international so we are open to bringing in people from anywhere but in case we get the grant we hope to establish a team in Romania but obviously working remotely.
