Looking for php developer

Hi All,

I just purchased a website that's run on PHP. I 'm still waiting for the transaction to be completed and get access to the site but in the mean time, I'm looking to find a developer who can work on the site. There are features I want to add, improvements to make, not to mention there is no backend for the site (owner just added stuff to a DB).

Where would you recommend to find someone? I've heard Eastern European developers are a good mix of skill level and reasonable prices.
