Alright, there should be a drop down menu under your email address in the header. The Submit Feedback link is in the drop down menu.
I am interested, if it does not require to enter my payment details.
You can sign up and use one free repository without any payment details.
Payment details are required for the stripe subscription. Once I launch tomorrow, the only plan available is a paid plan, which is payment details are required.
If you sign up today, I can probably manually set you to the lifetime plan without going through stripe.
I signed up, but I am getting "None of your teams are subscribed to Released." How to setup a team ?
Under the Register New Team panel, there should now be a drop down with the new team you've created. You can select that to add it to Released.
You may need to click the Refresh Teams List for it to pull from RemoteAuth.
That process is on my todo list to clean up so you don't have to leave Released to create a team.
I am asked to create subscription which requires billing information. Maybe I got too late for the sign up.
I got an initial impression that the tool is asking me to do things which i do not understand. Like adding a team, make a slug, add a subscription. Maybe because I am new to using a release tool, but some kind of guidance or tutorial video is required to start using the tool.
I'd be interested in trying it out. How do sign up?

It's built on top of another of my products, RemoteAuth, so you create and sign in with a RemoteAuth account.
Once you sign up, there is a Stripe subscription setup right now for lifetime free Premium access, but it still requires a credit card (will get that fixed post launch).
Otherwise everyone is allowed to import a single repository for free.
