Partially looking for landing page feedback, and partially interested in demo video feedback. I've been trying to work on the marketing side while I'm in some final stages of prep for prod. I'm interested in this community's thoughts, and whether it's relevant to anyone here.
Hi Andrew!
I've added some comments and suggestions mostly on the copy of the page. You can find everything here - https://visualdebug.com/show/microcumul.us
Let me know what you think.
I think you need to do some adjustments on the colors and layout. It looks very much developed by a tech guy. I think is lacks on capturing the attention, and for me the color scheme is a bit tiring. Also the logo should be reworked and I would put the microcumulus in the header next to the logo. Btw, its a nice name.
I just published my own landing page, and tried to follow those guidelines:
https://www.julian.com/guide/growth/landing-pages
https://marketingexamples.com/landing-page/guide
Regarding the message I would make it more pitchy:

chat gpt seems to be quite good at it.
Well, it was chosen by a tech guy and then customized by that same tech guy, so you're not wrong. And how dare you, I paid $25 for that logo! 😂
I'll check out the resources you linked.
Great feedback on the pitchyness of the copy, too. I'll maybe try to riff on one of your examples but maybe make it a little more my own.
Hi, @andrewstuart,
The first thing that I've noticed was that your landing page is very wordy.
If you are looking to have a landing page video done, contact me at growthmarketgigs@gmail.com. I can write you a free high-converting landing page video script for you.
I enjoy that the landing page was easy to navigate through.
Adding to that, I also saw that you are interested in getting started with marketing.
I am available to compose a Growth Strategy for you.
Here is an example of a Growth Audit:

I'm kind of starting to try to psych myself up for marketing while finishing up a few key things for my platform. I will definitely keep you in mind for if/when I start to have some income to invest in growth, but at the moment I'm keeping things as lean as possible since most of my money is going towards platform testing at the moment.
Hi Andrew,
Well done! The landing page is up and running - it must have been a huge relief! If you're opened to feedback, I have my 2 cents!
Starting with what I like:
I like how each section is laid out clearly. The header has a nice hero image and a clear CTA to contact the team.
The services offered are also clearly listed in a grid format in the following section. Nice hierarchy between H2 and the body text.
I particularly like the UVP section - 3 cards with icons that succinctly describes what you guys can do better/differently.
A few things can be tightened up:
This is great. It's got your logo and a couple of primary links. I suggest turning the Contact Us into a primary button. This reinforces the CTA and encourages the visitor to...contact you. As much as you can, try to have the nav bar in position:fixed. It should stay at the top of the page as one is scrolling down for ease of access.
H1 and H2 both have great copy - it's simple, introduces your name and leads with a punchy tagline. The following body text seem a little too wordy. I also missed the Demo link as it's buried in the paragraph.
May I suggest showing the demo straight away when someone lands on the page or somehow as part of the header so we're not navigating away and creating a disjoint between your product features and your UVP vs your demo and how it works.
The Interested? and Contact Us CTA also gave me the impression that it was field input box. i.e. the bit where you type in your email when you're signing up for a newsletter. Perhaps try removing the background colour for more clarity?
Typically, the footer section contains the links in the Nav bar above as well. It acts as a site map so you may wanna consider fleshing it out a little more. You may also choose to visually combine the section with your social links with the section that has your site links so they would read as a coherent whole.
I really like the light blues you have chosen here. However, they seem to get a little lost against the white background. If you might want to choose something that helps with legibility: https://venngage.com/tools/accessible-color-palette-generator
Overall, great job! It's coming along together!
Thanks for taking the time to check it out! I addressed at least a few of your points, and already had added the demo to the main page at one point but backtracked, so I just went ahead and went back to that.
I'll work on improving the copy there as well. Thanks again!
Hey, no worries!! Have you already launched? Start selling nonetheless - especially if your main sales funnel is through direct reach outs. Websites are great and they SHOULD be great in the long-run but also consider the efficacy of the measures you're taking in the meantime to get the word out there.
This is also a reminder to myself that we can iterate designs into infinity but we have to just put it out there - perfect or not. :)
Wishing you all the best!
I haven't quite launched yet. Hopefully in the next couple weeks, though. I have a few things left to get the product actually sellable, but that's my goal: get it out whether it's ugly as sin or not, if it works. And then iterate. Wishing you the best with your journey as well!
I absolutely get you! The only reason a product or a business “fails” is because we gave up. I say go for it and iterate like hell after. That’s my plan too! We can do this!
Shameless plug, but we made this for exactly this case: https://conversionwhiz.com/
Gives instant feedback on any page, would love to know if the feedback it gives is helpful?
