Looking for product idea that requires dedication from real human, eg: data moderation

Hello,

My post might sound a bit strange but I hope you can understand it and maybe give some feedback.

I'm a developer and I want to build a product like the following:

• The technical side is not too complex and I as a developer can build and maintain the webapp
• The business side, is selling some services or products to B2B or B2C
• Real humans will self employ on the platform and they need to do their part of the job in order for the business to work
• Those people are not specialized in any professional area, but they can spend their work days moderating data in exchange of payment for example, or attending support tickets

Also, I'll explain why I am looking for this:

I have some friends that don't have a job right now. They are not skilled as developers, marketers, etc, and they wouldn't become freelancers or get hired at some other company. And one of them doesn't even have stable electricity or internet connection so any "regular" remote job won't be that easy to get as he can only spent a few hours on the computer when internet and electricity are good.

So yeah. I know it's a bit weird my post but maybe you get the point and can help me come up with some ideas or business models.
