Looking for real estate/architecture/interior design junkies

Hi all! For a few years I have been toying with an idea for a new community/platform for real estate lovers. I'm looking for someone who already loves houses and regularly looks at real estate online for fun to bounce ideas off of.

Some basic thoughts:
-Many women I know (10+), including myself, regularly look at real estate listings online and shares links with a group of friends
-There is no website (that I know of) of curated real estate
-House lovers love to share the houses they find and comment on them
-people looking for houses to actually buy have to dig through tons of crappy houses online -- there might be a market for "special" houses-- only ones with characters + charm
-the audience for looking at houses expands way beyond people actually looking to move (think the audience for Apartment Therapy)
-One possible solution is a social media site for real estate lovers to share, upvote, and comment on houses they find. Points system would come with badges for having amazing taste, etc.. There could be subgroups for different regions or types of architecture
-Obviously real estate advertising would be a major source of revenue once the community is large enough
-There is large group of people (I think, amongst my social groups) already exhibiting this behavior.. (see all the architecture and design accounts on instagram)-- just need to translate it over to social and develop a rewards system that works.
