Looking for sales/marketing co-founder

I'm looking for a sales/marketing co-founder for a source-available Subscription Management and Billing tool called BillaBear.

The solution is similar to ChargeBee and Recurly, however, is source-available and self-hostable. Source-available is similar to open source however adds limits. The current license for BillaBear is it's free to use in development, staging, and testing for everyone. And free to use in production for those making less than 5,000 a month. Otherwise, a license is required. The code is available on GitHub and has docker images to allow for easy install.

The problems it solves are:

Migrating away from Stripe Billing to reduce costs.
Stripe Billing is surprisingly expensive. While it's only a small percentage that adds up over time. While providing a very basic solution.

BillaBear allows for the importation of data from Stripe at the click of a button. You click a button to start an import and it'll collect all the customers, all the subscriptions, all the payments, all the refunds, all the disputes and import them into BillaBear. It takes 5 seconds of work for the user. The import time itself depends on how much data there is.

BillaBear allows for the migration away from Stripe Billing and just has Stripe handle payments. You click a button and it will loop through all the subscriptions and cancel them in Stripe Billing. It will then start processing the payments itself on the scheduled times that were pre-existing in Stripe Billing.

Custom pricing and custom plans
Once you reach a certain size and you start reaching out to larger clients. They want custom prices and custom plans. This can be a headache for development teams and finance teams.

Due to the fact a plan and price are manageable in a UI instead of on a code level this is solved very simply.

Ability to have customers who pay via Stripe and Invoices
My SaaS start out just accepting Stripe. Then they reach the point where their clients have set finance practices and need/want invoices and want to be invoiced before they pay. This causes two problems, one is the SaaS can't handle a customer who isn't paying via Stripe and the other is they don't have the ability to track and disable non-payers.

Tax calculation.
Stripe tax is super expensive. It can often be double the cost of Stripe Billing. Tax calculation is hard and annoying, especially if you add if custom tax rates for a specific product or customer.

BillaBear has a complex tax flow which includes the ability to set custom tax rates on customers and products. You can see this flow at https://docs.billabear.com/user/tax/

Reduce Developer work
The amount of work it takes to maintain a SaaS just from fixing errors caused by third-party outages to updating templates is surprisingly large.

BillaBear solves these problems, the maintenance of fixing errors and rerunning things is solved by the fact that BillaBear uses workflows heavily. When someone cancels a subscription a workflow is created, if something fails during that process, it's easy to rerun the process by just clicking a button in the API.

Templates for emails are able to be managed either from an email service provider like Sendgrid or Mailgun. Or they can be managed within BillaBear using the twig templating language. This means developers don't need to be tasked to change the wording in an email template.

PDF templates are managed via BillaBear using the twig templating language.

Integration
BillaBear provides a Rest API for integration and it has a webhook system so you can listen for events.

Mass Subscription Changes
Over time companies change their pricing. Often they grandfather people into pricing not because they want to but because it's too hard to update everyone to the new pricing so they just forget about it. Sometimes they want to create a new plan with new limits and move everyone to this new plan.

BillaBear enables companies to change subscriptions en mass, using criteria for selecting which subscriptions get changed and what they get changed to. For example, you could change all the subscriptions for Plan A from the price of 100 USD to the price of 150 USD.

Customer Management
Customer management tools are not high on the list of things that a company wants to build. This means it's often required at smaller companies that changing something for a customer because a development task or just isn't done.

BillaBear allows for disabling and enabling customers at the click of a button, it allows for customer service to change the subscription plan someone is on, what price they are on, issue a refund, issue credit, re-try a payment attempt, etc.

And more

There are more things such as the ability to upsell, reports, ability to have multiple brands, etc

I'm a strong developer. I currently suck at sales, well getting the leads to sell to, once I'm on a call it's a 66% conversion rate. I'm positive this is a skill I would learn, it doesn't seem to make sense to just carry on alone as all the prospecting gets in the way of product development and the product does still need a lot of things such as integrations with accounting software and salesforce. So I'm looking to find someone who can handle that side of things while I mostly focus on product development, obviously not just product development but a large amount of time instead of spending hours in LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Thanks for taking the time to read this. I look forward to hearing from you! You can contact me at iain@billabear.com
