Hi,
I have a product called HelpRange (https://www.helprange.com), which is a virtual data room, where you can share business-critical documents securely with your customers/investors/other venture capitalists/business partners in m&a deals.
This is well-known niche, and there is a lot of players. My product is profitable and I want to increase traffic to my blogs, marketing pages, youtube channel via SEO because I believe this is best way to get customers in a long term, but if you think that my product can get customers another way I am open to new ideas.
That's why I am looking for someone good in SEO who knows exactly step-by-step how to increase number of visitors and customers. It would be great if someone knows this niche "virtual data room".
One angle worth exploring is how other trust-heavy industries handle search. For example, this piece on SEO trends for orthopedic surgeons breaks down how professionals in competitive spaces build visibility and trust through content, technical optimization, and targeted pages. The context is different, but a lot of the strategy lines up well with what a product like HelpRange needs.
Also, don’t underestimate content tailored to high-intent searches, things like “best VDR for fundraising” or “secure M&A document sharing” could bring in serious leads. Happy to chat more if you’re looking to map out a full funnel strategy.
Yeah, I can help you to get more clients.
That's one handful of user personas and use cases to juggle with, interesting. Send you a mail for collab.
Funny, I started the first 6.5 years of my career at a VDR company (I added you on Linkedin). The biggest thing people do in this market is wine and dine bankers and lawyers. The reason is that 1 VDR deal might be $20k-$100k and that wining and dining costs $2k.
