Looking for software work? I'm a senior developer, let me interview you

I want to note I have a couple of friends who are looking for engineers for paid positions and if you are a suitable fit, I'll recommend you. But I'm doing this as validation for what I am building: engineer-led interviews as a way to recommend candidates for software roles.

I am also interested in connecting with developers who are interested in this and have an opinion on recruitment in software, but don't necessarily want to do an interview.
