Looking for solo founders stuck at idea

I've been talking to a lot of early-stage founders lately who feel stuck.
They’ve got ideas but they’re not building them.

Sometimes it’s because they’re jumping from tool to tool.
Sometimes it’s because they’re overthinking the first step.
Many think they need a CTO to start.

If any of that sounds like you, I’m offering 1:1 sessions where we sit down and untangle it.
You bring one idea. We break it down together. We pick one tool. And you leave knowing exactly what to build first.

This is for people who are serious about starting, even if things still feel messy.
If you’re interested, happy to chat or share more.

Only doing this with 5 people for now.

UPDATE: No more open spaces!

2 reasons your offer is crap and no one should listen to you as this is more likely a way to get money out of people that contact you - directly or indirectly

    1. You are suggesting CTO is not needed
    2. You are suggesting a founder need to use a Tool

It is mandatory to get a CTO if you want to build a software product, even if they hire a dev to build them something, they just practically make them the CTO.

There is no tool on the planet that can build a working MVP, and do not suggest the AI crap out there, if that is enough to build your idea you do not have anything.

good job on the scarcity scam hook at the end.

      love your comment :)

    2. 1

Thank you for taking the time to engage in conversation, I'm more than happy to do that.

Have you built anything with AI recently? I have.
Did you know most people build more than they really need to prove their idea?

AI tools are totally capable of building enough to do that and I honestly believe that, with a good process to prepare the right prompts, you can get someone non-technical to build an MVP using these tools. (This is exactly what I am trying to prove)

I am not stating that they will never need a CTO, I am just saying they might not need it to start.

This is my MVP. Can the process that I am building take a non-technical Founder to a functioning MVP?

So I am looking for a few founders to try this with. What is so wrong about that?

  2. 2

I am very very very interested! I've been working on an MVP for months now and keep changing platforms and really could use the guidance. Its for the Food Innovation/Commercialization space in B2B CPG. Please let me know if you're still conuslting!

    1. 1

The platform switching is usually a symptom, not the root issue.

When that happens, it’s often because the core outcome isn’t defined tightly enough - so every new tool feels like it might finally “fix it.”

Before choosing another platform, I’d get brutally clear on: what exact workflow are you trying to enable in B2B CPG, and what’s the smallest version of that which delivers real value?

What keeps pulling you to switch - missing capability, or doubt about direction?

    2. 2

Of course! Question, when you say 'changing platforms' do you mean starting all over as well? or do you continue with what you have on a different platform?

Any way, hit me up at [email protected] so we can schedule a first 1:1 call and go from there! Feel free to add any further questions you might already have!

As I've told others here, my goal will be to get you to a working MVP you can show off!

Bonus for you: I built a B2B closed marketplace for the food industry, so I might have stronger insights for your product specifically!

Sounds like a great offer, especially for folks stuck in "analysis paralysis." Having someone walk through the first step with you can make all the difference. Wish I had something like this when I was spinning on ideas and not shipping anything. Hope the five spots go to people who are truly ready to move!

    1. 1

      Hi Spencer!
Curious, you mention you wish you had this when you were spinning on ideas and not shipping anything..

How did you manage to get out of this stage?

  4. 2

Hey Sherwell, I may well be one of these people, but I think I'm on the very early early end of the process 😅
I had an idea for a free app that would help to prevent doomscrolling and have literally 0 coding experience. Just had a chat with ChatGPT about it and somehow ended up here.

I'm pretty good with forming concepts, making designs, imagery, writing and a few other bits and bobs, but otherwise have no idea where to start.
    Any suggestions welcome 😊

    1. 1

Before worrying about coding, I’d pressure-test the problem first.

With something like doomscrolling, the real question isn’t “can I build it?” - it’s “do people feel enough friction from this to change behaviour?”

If you had to validate it without building anything, how would you prove someone would actually use it consistently?

    2. 1

You open for a 1:1 session to get to know more about where you are at?
Send me a few options at [email protected] and I'll schedule it.
Also feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
My goal for you is getting you to MVP or validating your idea enough that you might want to pivot haha, it happens.

      1. 1

Sure, I'll send you an email in a moment with a bit more info on when we can have a chat.

  5. 1

That sounds good when can we schedule a chat?

    1. 1

What are you currently working on, and what’s the main friction you’re trying to untangle?

    2. 1

      Hey there!

Sorry about this, hands are full.

      Best of luck!

    Hello,
My brother and I created an AI automation start-up, programming AI tools for chatbots on a website, automated emails, automated calls, etc. We made a few sales but couldn't reach through, probably got stuck in the wrong audience. However, our biggest problem is getting customers; the rest of it is mostly covered. I would like to use your help, in order to make some great sales. I am also willing to pay you a great fee for your contribution.
If interested, send me an email rok.salehar [at] gmail.c

    1. 1

When you say you got stuck in the wrong audience, what specifically broke down - lead quality, close rate, or positioning?

If you’ve already made sales, there’s signal there. The gap is usually tighter than it looks.

    2. 1

Hey man, your business sounds great.
I am not here to find a sales job, however, my advice would be to conduct a brief market research. There are many companies offering chatbots for companies, how are you guys standing out?
I think it is a space that got crowded pretty rapidly so getting customers to choose you over the competition will be a challege.
      Best of luck!

      1. 2

        Hey,

What sets us apart is that we offer more than just a product—we deliver complete solutions. When you purchase a chatbot from us, you also receive a valuable bonus, whether it’s AI-powered phone calls, automated email systems, or another tool from our suite of services.

Our mission goes beyond selling software. We’re here to share a story: AI isn’t here to replace people—it’s here to help them. AI doesn’t get tired, take breaks, or have off days. It works around the clock to help your business run smoother, respond faster, and grow stronger.

        Anyway, thanks for advice :)

        Rok

Hey brother. I see you are looking for a solo entrepreneur. I'm here. Please get back to me as soon as possible. I'm working on an extremely complex wich I believe you will be excited to work on. I hope you get back to me as soon as possible.

    1. 1

What makes it complex - technical build, market dynamics, or decision scope?

And what’s the specific bottleneck you’re facing right now?

    2. 1

      Hey Man! Sounds interesting...
Talk to me, what are you working on?
Send me an email at [email protected] if you prefer to do it privately.

I am planning on being very hands-on with the first few while I tweak the process and see how viable it is to productize this.

If you are serious about building an MVP, I am serious about helping you get there.

Happy to answer any further questions!
