Looking for Solo Full-Stack SaaS Developer (Next.js, Supabase, Tailwind)

I’m building a modern business platform for real estate agents.
Not another CRM. Think like Robinhood-style for real estate business management: track deals, income, and prospecting in one clean hub.

Tech Stack:

Next.js * Supabase (auth + DB) * Tailwind * Cloudflare Workers

The Build (MVP scope):

  • Transactions Tab
  • Finance Tab
  • Prospecting Tab
  • Dashboard

What I’m looking for:

  • Solo developer only (no agencies).
  • You’ve shipped B2B SaaS end-to-end: think dashboards, business workflows, operations etc., not just AI toys or consumer apps.
  • You can show a live product link + Loom walkthrough of what you built.
  • Pixel-perfect Figma implementation matters.

If it clicks, I want a long-term partner to scale RealPeep past MVP.

If you’ve built SaaS that looks and works like this, antonio@getrealpeep.com

Hey Antonio, I came across your post about RealPeep and the solo full-stack developer you're looking for.

I'm a full-stack developer working mainly with Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind and Supabase. I've built Hangr from scratch, including authentication, user profiles, social feeds, interactions and location-based functionality.

The Next.js + Supabase setup you're using is directly in my wheelhouse, and I'd be interested in helping take the MVP from Figma through deployment.

Hey — saw RealPeep (Next.js + Supabase; you asked for Loom walkthroughs).

I ship one blocking slice at a time as a 48h fixed sprint
($350 / ₹25k): AI-assisted for speed, but the PR comes with tests

    • an explainable walkthrough (same standard you want from partners).

If one tab/integration is the bottleneck, happy to scope it.

This is very clear brief. Love the "not another CRM" angle.
Robinhood-style UX for real estate makes a lot of sense.
    Good luck with RealPeep.

That stack sounds solid. Are you looking to collaborate short-term to test the idea, or aiming for a long-term cofounder setup?

Solid plan for the MVP. Once your build is done, getting those first real estate agents onboard is gonna be a next big task. B2B SaaS in this space often get their first 10-20 paying users super fast with hyper-targeted cold emails to specific brokerages. It's also a great way for direct product feedback from the market. Let me know if you want to brainstorm some angles :)

Just curious, why don't you want to work with agencies? Some bad experience?

If you are looking for technical co-founder, we help non-technical founders build their dream project as Nomu Labs. We act as your external CTO, building MVPs, validating with early users, and iterating until you have a strong product. Feel free to reach out!

Thanks for asking. I’m not looking for a co-founder and this is not an equity or future pay situation. This is a paid contract role. With depending on the characteristics and expertise is open to the former.

The MVP is lean with just four parts: Transactions, Finance, Prospecting, and Dashboard. No multi role or much complexity.

The goal is to get a working product live for solo agents, not build an enterprise platform.

Everyone is quick to en-debt themselves to funding without exploring. I already have design ready and budgeted for development. Looking for a solo full-stack dev who has shipped B2B SaaS before to take it from Figma to deployed MVP.

Happy to talk about budget/hear proposals, but I’d rather do that one-on-one instead of in a public thread. If you’re interested, send me your relevant SaaS work (link + Loom) and we can take it from there.

Are you open with dev shops that offer full time full stack developers?
