Looking for some feedback on a new SaaS
Hello! I'm Liam, I've been building a new SaaS product over the past 5 weeks in my spare time (I freelance during the week).
CollectContent is a tool for agencies and freelancers to collect content and documents for website builds. Rather than waiting for the CMS to be built, or having to deal with content in emails or Word documents.
My closest competitors would be Content Snare or GatherContent. CollectContent is more focused on website content and making it more accessible with pricing.
I've quietly launched the platform, mostly building in public on Twitter. I've had some good feedback from a few web agencies that I work with. But so far no paying customers.
I'd be interested in finding out what you think of the landing page - any problems, anything I could do better. As I don't have any customers, I don't have any testimonials or case studies yet which I think could help.
Also, if you have time please could you sign up and let me know what you think of the product. Especially if you've ever worked with on a website build for clients.

I'm not a designer, so your comment means a lot! It's taken a lot of tweaking to feel happy with it.
I REALLY like the landing page! I think the style you're using is amazing!
However, one thing I found weird is that you have different colors for the "primary action" (sign up") button; one (in black) in the menu, and blue as part of the content.
I think this should be aligned so it's clear that the user is clicking the same thing.
Another thing, and this may be because the product isn't at all meant for me: Who is this for?
I don't understand the product. Why do I need to collect files and content from my clients?
Am I a web-building agency? Am I a marketing agency?
I think the copywriting can get way more specific here, which may in turn help you attract the appropriate customers.
Again, take with a grain of salt as I just may be too far off the circle of target audience.
In addition to what @crypto_cdx already said, the pricing page doesn't work for me.
I think you should get an SSL certificate ASAP on the page, so that it's a bit more secure and people are more willing to click things.

The product is primarily aimed at agencies and freelancers to collect content required for website builds and marketing projects.
It's a pain I've struggled with as a freelance developer as I need content or files to complete a project on time.
Content isn't always given the priority it deserves and usually the assets supplied are not very useful for a web designer or developer - the format might be wrong, images incorrect dimensions or there's too much copy for the designs.
I'll have a look at addressing the pain point in the copy. I appreciate your comment as reading the landing page again, I've not been specific enough with the pain and problem.
I was having an issue with a Cloudflare SSL and Netlify, it should be fixed now.

I can definitely relate to the feeling of not being able to get the right assets for a build project as a freelancer 🥴
Happens more often than it should.
If you've ever read any (good) marketing, there is also money to be had from targeting a very specific avatar (user type). The riches are in the niches, as they say 😉
So I was just thinking even if the product is a bit more broadly applicable it may be advantageous to narrow in! And then potentially make a copy of the product for another avatar if you think there's still market-share to gather.

I think you have a fantastic landing page! It's clear what the product is and who your target audience is.
One small thing I found on the landing page is that the body text under your third section "Designed for freelancers & agencies" is a different size than the body text under your first two sections.
Your pricing page doesn't work for me. The pricing section on the landing page does. I can send you an image if you want?

The screenshot is in Chrome, but I just tried Safari and Firefox and it seems to work in both those browsers for me.

For now, I'll probably remove the separate Pricing page and just anchor down to the section on the homepage (which seems to work for you).
