Looking for someone to buy my B2B/B2C project.

Long story short I got stuck with an app that I worked on for over a year due to the contractee failing to pay. It's a social fishing competition app that is both B2C and B2B(two streams of revenue). I have bigger things to work on and don't have the time to finish it to a point that it makes money. The app has no marketing and there are 2~3 users signing up per day just from people searching for a competition fishing app and there have been some big-name guys reaching out saying they would love to test it, and possibly use the app in a tournament on national tv in Canada next year. I can bring someone up to date on the codebase and give them the path hopefully a multimillion-dollar company. I would do this all myself but my heart really isn't in it and I am working on a robotics company instead. The codebase is really solid and the app is engineered with a-lot of love. The competitor's app isn't great on the usability front and I have talked with the guy's friend and he said their app makes over 100K ARR which would be really easy to surpass with this app. A skilled developer would be able to implement some features that create a network effect and start making money within 1~3 months.

Tech Stack:
GraphQL, Typescript, React-Native, Serverless backend, Auth0, Intercom, S3, AWS Lambda, Elasticsearch, Redis Cache.

There are three codebases, the core, backend, and the frontend app. The frontend codebase runs on Web, IOS and, Android. The web app is an admin console for the judges but it uses almost all of the same view components that the mobile apps use thanks to React-Native.

If you are interested PM me and we can strike up a deal.
Thanks for the interest.

No, I have had been in a conversation with a few potential acquirers but none of them have been the caliber of people that could take over the project.
