Looking for someone to change up e-commerce with. (No bs)

Hello, after a few months of some research and brainstorming. I guess I came up with an idea that could potentially disrupt e-commerce as well as traditional brick and mortar stores too. I am looking for someone that will help build the product from the ground up. (Someone who can do code better than the next 5 coders combined).
