Hello fellow hackers!
I am looking for someone to act as a technical advisor/chief technology role in our startup. We're still in the ideation phase and need someone who has a solid technical understanding of web app development, Facebook API integration, dashboard building, as well as knowledge of the app/app advertising/marketing industry.
Some of the requirements are as follows:
There's a lot more to it that the above-mentioned requirements, so if you or someone you know are interested feel free to reach out to me.
Can you share the idea? This posting is pretty vague. Who is "we"? Why are you the right people to co-found a company with?
"We" currently refers to myself and the CEO, we both started this company based off a problem that we've noticed is pretty prevalent in the UA industry. Our company specifically works on acquiring users for app-based startups while putting our own spin on things and we're in the process of finalizing our USP and developing our platform. We are starting fresh from the ground up and are looking for a driven, like-minded individual to provide us with a fresh look at our product and help grow it.
I can't say for certain that we are "the right people" necessarily, but we've been working for a while now to flesh this idea out and think that we've finally cracked it. Both my partner and I have been in this industry for a while now, and we've built up a decent network, but nowadays you'd be hard-pressed to find someone who is willing to invest their time and effort into an idea and whose first question isn't "how much does it pay" or "what kind of equity are we talking about".
But when you've been looking at something for a few years, it becomes challenging stepping outside of that box and finding a new way to spin things. So we need to bring on someone who can provide us with some fresh ideas and insight, as well as have the technical knowledge to build the platform with us.
And what does the candidate get out of it? Because it doesn’t sound like this a paid position?
Most Facebook and online advertisement jobs are super boring, which is why those companies always try to spin a narrative about connecting people and improving the world.
