I'm new to this concept too. But what I've started doing is writing up my experiences and as a former boss of my used to say, "opening up the Kimono". Which means that I'm not going to shy away from disclosing information that most companies normally don't disclose. For example, in my first post I've disclosed how much we paid to develop our mobile app to date. In my next post, I plan on getting into more detail about my design choices, why I picked specific features, the benefit I expect to bring users, and more.
