Looking for someone to help with sales and marketing

Hi all! So I have developed a product that is currently ready for an early release. I have a small team currently working on a website for the launch. Unfortunately I am coming to realize that there is very little sales and marketing expertise on the team. We don't quite have the funds to hire on a full time marketing person to help my effort out and my network is EXTREMELY limited. So here are some items I really need help on!

How do I determine how I should sell to them?

Some quick background points on the product itself... it's a new type of low cost, high performance and lasting computer (could be a desktop, laptop, AOI etc). It also makes some other improvements on security, privacy and redundancies but I am thinking probably the cost is going to be a key selling point. I am thinking it is probably a B2C play, but we have toyed around with a B2B play as well.
