I've launched a few side things on my own (see my profile), but the opportunity to lead MDH was too good to pass up. MDHearing is like the Casper of the mattress world, or Warby Parker of the glasses world - we sell hearing aids directly to consumers, helping them save a ton of money. We do well north of eight figures in revenue per year, profitably.

I am looking for an all-around hustler to join us to lead our content marketing + affiliate mgmt business line, which we grew from a few thousand per month 6 months ago to over a $2M/yr run rate currently. This will include things like managing current affiliates, recruiting new ones, managing a team of outsourced writers, doing heavy content research, diving into the world of hearing loss, and much more. If you can code it can include owning a new hearing test site we're launching and a bunch of other things.

Spot is in Chicago, downtown, and will work closely with me. I can train you on any of the intricacies of content marketing & affiliate mgmt. I'd like to get this portion of our business above a $5M/yr run rate, we just need the right person. If things go well, you can build a team under you.
