Looking for someone who has experience on community-led product development

I'm co-founder of Supercrew - we plan to provide a group chat for creators specifically. It seems every maker nowadays create a Slack channel or Discord server to chat with customers, gaining insights from them directly.

Is there anyone who has this type of experience - running a chat or web-based community for the product development?
