Hi guys!
I hope you're all doing well.
I'm currently building a mobile self-checkout app called ShopMe (www.getshopme.com). We're close to launch with some small retailers here in the NL, but I'm now looking forward to working with some of the bigger brands in Holland.
What I've noticed is that a lot of them always ask us if we can do a white-labeled solution. Personally for me, white labeling is a terrible idea in the context of self-checkout. However, I have some ideas on other ways we can "white label" our app without having to build/rebuild/redesign our existing app.
It's going to be through an API of sort. I haven't fleshed out the concept yet so would be great to get some advice from people that have built APIs similar to the complexity of an Onfido or ScandIt, to see if the scenario I have in mind is even possible to begin with.
