Looking for someone with sales background trying to switch into Digital Marketing

Hi,
I am looking for someone with a sound sales background living in Ohio (preferably around but open for anywhere in the US) who wants to switch their career to digital marketing.

The engagement will start with a few sales calls and depending upon the conversion, you will be taken as full time into our marketing+sales team.

The initial sales engagement will be paid by commission per conversion. Then we can decide if you want to remain on commission or on salary.

The role would be completely remote, in your own time, with video/audio calls as and when it is required.
