I've this question since long time, is it possible to automate the Gsheets sharing process.
For example, whenever a user requests to access my sheets, I want to automatically approve them. I want to know their email address, that's the reason I don't want to publicly share the sheets.
You could have the user sign up to an email list and then email them a link to the sheet. They could share the link, but that's up to you whether you think that's likely.
