and this is the "Looking to Partner Up" group not "Looking for Customers" one
software alone won't solve it, I'd agree.
but with a little bit of AI magic, you can pick up weak signals gaining momentum in a team. Like, at any moment, someone knows what is wrong in the project, they just do not say it for many reasons (social cohesion, trying to be a problem solver not problem bringer, not having enough of charisma, not being able to stand out, etc).
It's really not a ground breaking solution to ask people individually by a relatively friendly bot, and track who is concerned about what, and how this map of beliefs is changing in time.
Humans can do it, in theory, too. But I have not seen any single PM/Lead capable of not tipping of what is needed from the team, and hence influencing on what will be reported :).
