Hi all, my name is Lucy. Together with two co-founders, we have launched Manatee Mentor because we want to make mentoring accessible and affordable for all professionals from both high and low income countries.
Manatee Mentor's vision is to be the digital platform to match mentors and mentees by making mentoring simple, trustworthy and accessible to anyone. Our AI model for mentoring will make success predictable. So far we have enjoyed good feedback: our prototype video attracted 500 sign up for 4 months, one strategic partner - Stage-Co and 40 Founding Volunteer Mentors from organizations like Amazon, Novartis, Google, WHO, MIT, EMCC, SwissCognitive and many more.

Our Beta platform is launching as an Android app in 1 month and we are looking for complementary partners with a strong footprint around the world. For example:

1. you are a startup but have 0 mentoring budget for your employees
2. you run a complementary to us startup and offer courses, books, materials for professional development and continuous education
3. you run a marketplace and want to support your sellers by giving them access to top mentors, and increasing the result of their sales (win win for you, and them)
