Looking for tech and non tech co-founders to take over projects

I am an engineering manager(and developer) with a couple of projects that I unfortunately do not have the time to work on due to multiple commitments.
I am looking for both tech and non tech Co Founders who would be interested in taking over some of the ideas and work on them. I will provide, advice, guidance, mentorship, help for fundraising and will cover the bills to launch the projects in order to retain some equity in the projects.
