Looking for Tech Co-founder For mobile app with Huge Potential

Hi everyone, we are a team of 2 looking for a cto to help bring the app to life. Currently we are in the pre-seed stage, we have the mock up designs and started getting traction on social media, and have buyers for the service once it is ready.

We are located in Southern California and would like to have someone if possible located close by. I honestly think this app will do very well. We are looking to make a mobile app and web app. I can explain more in detail if you are interested in joining.

We want someone to join the team who has the same vision and goal for the app as we do, We are looking for someone who has a lot of experience, someone who is creative and is able to solve problems on their own without having to be guided.
