Looking for Tech Co-founder for NFT startup

Looking for CTO to partner with, someone with blockchain experience who can work on the Flow blockchain.

We are interested in building out a similar environment to NBA Topshot / Motogp-ignition so we firstly need Flow on the backend and eventually a frontend marketplace.

We are currently looking into getting licensing from an awesome retro brand that will be the core of the business.
