Are you kidding buddy? Please be honest to hackers here by providing more detail in your post to attract the right candidates and make it easier for potential collaborators to understand and evaluate the opportunity.
Otherwise I will get nothing, or you will have to answer everyone contacted you with the same amount of questions, and finally you found that they are not your target.

TBH why would anyone join YOUR project since the reason for you to need someone is the fact you are not that invested in it?

Might as well drop it or drop another one, it is a strange ask when someone is looking for the same skillset.

your post update got in the wrong direction, anyone with the skillset you listed above will not be working for 10-30% of nothing and in the same time investing even half of their time (that usually equals 100-150k an year).
