Looking for technical (Azure / AWS) Co-founder for newly launched business - Already have a couple clients

I'm looking for a technical co-founder that has professional experience with Azure / AWS, preferably in the DevOps realm. I myself have 5+ years of experience in professional environments as a DevSecOps Engineer, as well as a DevOps Engineering Manager.

I've recently launched my company, and have a few clients clients from upwork that pay between $80 and $135 per hour. This is great and all, but I'm looking to scale and want to focus more on growing the company instead of sustaining in the near future.
