Looking for technical Co-Founder with a validated idea

I'm glad that you found this post and hope you read it with joyful anticipation, as we will look back on this gloriously after our exit in 5 years.

About myself:
I'm a physicist turned Founder & CEO who spent the last 3 years building AI startups in healthcare right out of uni. In the course of that, I was able to raise ~€600.000 but the startup recently crashed as the pandemic put an abrupt end to our sales to hospitals (in lockdown).

After some time searching around for the next big thing, I figured that the tech recruiting industry is extremely hot right now (huge demand on both the company and pre-employment candidate side) and will stay hot for the decade to come (for various reasons).
I worked out a vision and MVP to resolve the industries current bottleneck and validated the MVP idea with a bit more than 60 early users. Our pitch is strong, and I'm ready to launch this with you early in Q1 next year!

I'm highly passionate and ambitious about what I do and radiate drive on my co-workers. Skill wise, I got the CEO side of things covered and need you to handle the technical side (CTO).
