Looking for technical cofounder/iOS or react native engineer for mobile event sharing platform

I'm building a mobile event sharing/social calendar platform and I'm currently looking for a cofounder to come on board. There is a lot of friction in the calendar space and I believe that there is a massive opportunity to create to a tool to help small and intimate groups connect in-person. I am not seeking to reinvent the wheel - I am simply enhancing an age-old tool.

Proficiency in iOS or Javascript is a must but I don’t want someone to just come on board and code. I want someone to join who sees the big picture and who wants a taste of the non-technical side e.g. business development, marketing, fundraising etc.
