Looking for technical partner/ cofounder for travel planning app

We're a very early stage (some screens designed & database schema created) travel planning web and mobile app called RoadHuntin: https://roadhuntin.com/

We're looking for a technical cofounder, or technical partner to join my business partner ( corp finance and biz ops) and myself (10 years as a digital marketer launching, growing, and scaling startups. Some product dev experience).

We've created a feature list but have struggled to find the right technical co-founder/partner who has both the skills (we're effectively a navigation app powered by a suggestion engine) and the desire to build something truly exciting for the travel/outdoor exploration space.
