Looking for technical person to join team (ui/ux + back-end dev)

I'm working on a startup in the dental b2b space in north america. A marketplace for dentists to find all the best deals on things they need for their practice. We've used a wordpress site until now, and have gained traction with suppliers and positive feedback from users as well. We've reached a point where we realized the wordpress site is too limited and won't get us to where we need to.
Need someone who can help us get an mvp up an running so we can move on to next steps

current traffic - average 5k pageviews monthly + we have built rships with over 100 industry partners (they share products, courses, deals, etc with us )
within our industry, getting to 15k monthly users is a good goal in year 1
no demo user login (users don't need a login right now)
am open to finding the best solution for our requirements (could be contract or partnership)

Might want to look into no code tools.
Is WordPress not a no-code tool?

I don't think no code tools is a good idea for scaling his current website. WordPress is a step better than no code tools.
