Looking for the feedback on the idea (dev productivity tool)

I'd like to know your opinion on this idea: productivity dashboards for developers

Here's the problem that we're trying to solve:
As a developer, I've noticed that I need to have quite a few tabs open and I'm constantly switching between them - GitHub, Jira, Figma, Jenkins, Email, etc. and primary action that I'm performing for each of the tabs - is just looking at CI job status, Pull request updates, etc. So I'm not changing or updating anything, just checking what happened.

Our solution is a productivity dashboard for a development team so the whole team has its own dashboard (mostly for team leads) with lots of widgets indicating how a team is performing and how spring is going. Aside from that every developer may set up their own personal dashboard and adjust widgets and sections within it as they would want.

So instead of constantly switching through a lot of different digital tools, you will have all the data that you would need in a single place with the ability to perform some simple actions or immediately open any ticket / Pull request / etc. in a new tab if you would like to do something more complex rather than just looking at the status or performing very basic action.

This product would be initially targeted at developers to simplify validation but later on, we're planning to add more widgets for art, sales, UI/UX teams, etc.

Unfortunately, we don't have any mockups or prototypes just yet so we don't have anything to show.

In terms of how it will be used - the team owner would set up a dashboard with all the widgets once and then invite everyone within their team and each person can just copy any of the team-available widgets or add their own so they won't have to set up / connect external services again.

So the question is - do you think this would work and why? Or what kind of problem this solution may have?
