Looking for UI/UX designer to design a digital marketing app as a Co-Founder

I'm starting a digital marketing platform with another technical co-founder. We just launched our first product and starting another side project to work on.

We are looking to bring in a UI/UX designer as a Co-founder to help us design a digital marketing application and other products we make in the future.

We have the technical skills to build products but need help with the design and other areas related to users.
