Looking for validation for agency-related product

Hi, I run an agency but am also a product developer on the side. I thought of an idea recently that I am hoping to validate first before diving into development.

It would be for agencies (like a marketing agency, for example) offering services, and related to pricing and project estimations/quotations.

The benefits for the agency would be time-savings and lead generation. The benefits for the user would be pricing transparency and online research.
