Looking for Web Developer

I have an idea similar to startuptracker(dot)io, but a lot more dependent on automatically curated information and easy searching. The idea is to index documents, news, and rumors effectively using nlp and then provide easy information to people looking for their daily dose of startups or marketing research or company insights.
I have some ideas on how to market this and who to (just some, not a marketing guy).
