Looking for Website Feedback
I'm looking for feedback on improving our new website.
The new website v0.1 is https://pyrytakala.gitlab.io/test/
The main goal of the site is to get potential clients (customer service managers) to talk to us (we reach them via email and they may also find us on the Zendesk app store).
I'm looking for feedback on how to make the site much better. All feedback is welcome (UX, messaging, technical, etc.).
Hey, you got a very clean landing page, my suggestion will be to have a better one-liner to explain your product. For example, a couple of months ago I had this headline - Improve your customer experience. Give your customers a voice to express themselves and connect with others. To be honest, the conversion was low and I did receive a lot of messages inbox explaining what exactly is that we do. Then I changed it to "Add community discussions to your website - Give your customers space on your site to engage in discussions, polls, AMA's and much more." Much direct, No marketing word.
The results have been better. I hope this helps. 🍕
