Looking to acquire Indie Project. Got smth?

Do you have a side-project you'd be willing to sell? I'd like to try out buying a project/site instead of starting it from scratch.

So if you have a side-project that you have no more time to develop or simply would like to pass it on to the good hands, here is what I'm looking for:

• SaaS product or a Niche Content Website. SaaS - all kind of plugins, apps, B2B soft, add-ons etc. | Content websites - niche content websites
• $50-$500 MRR - OR - 30k< monthly unique visitors - OR - 1k SaaS Free Users
• In English (ideally for US audience)
• a domain is active for at least 12months

If you have a project that fits these criteria or is close to it, I could offer 25-32x monthly profit multiple, depending on the business and its health. If the project doesn't generate any income, then I'd look at other factors when setting the valuation.
