Looking to build a job referral platform in South-East Asia

Hey all, first time posting here. I am currently in the process of designing and developing a job referral platform in South-East Asia.
Currently in the midst of validating the product to see if people are interested.

The platform aims to incentivise people to refer people from their network to companies and in return will be compensated with a monetary reward based on a nominated value set by the company hiring.
