Looking to Build a Partner Program
I’m looking to build a partner program for my SaaS app. Essentially, I want to offer partners a 15% commission for referring my app to their customers and companies within their network. Alternatively, they can pass through the 15% to their customers as goodwill if they don’t want to accept the commission due to perceived conflicts of interest (these are generally professional services companies like CPAs, attorneys, etc.). I also want to offer my own customers credits for referrals so they could get a 10% credit for future subscriptions and also the company they refer to would get a 10% credit. I don’t want to tap into any affiliate networks because my app doesn’t target this type of user base. I need a platform to track and pay these referral partners. I’ve looked at Rewardful and LeadDyno but not sure if my use case is a fit for these types of platforms. Any suggestions?

You'll want to set up 2 separate Campaigns: one for non-customer affiliates/partners and one for your in-app referral program for existing customers. The Partner Program is just our simple standard setup. The Referral Program will require the use of our API if you want to build it into your app and automate credit fulfillment.
Thx @bradycassidy. Do I need to integrate it in the app for existing customers or can I just share a link and apply credits to their subscription renewal separately? Also, how would this work if I am using Outseta for subscription management?
@feemetriks, you don't need to integrate it into your app for existing customers. However, it's a nice user experience if you do. You could also use our API to automatically enrol them in the referral program and use our Single-Sign On (SSO) if you prefer not to build your own UI.
If you want to automate credit fulfillment, it requires our API. If you don't mind manually crediting the accounts in Stripe, then the API isn't required. If you do cash payouts instead, there's no API needed.
