Looking to build a team of cofounders (Software, Hardware, Marketing) that are interested in true impact - starting with a pilot project πŸš€

πŸ‘‹πŸΎ Hi! I'm in the process of building a team that works to deploy a house of products & solutions, that provide value to society either culturally, environmentally, economically, and/or socially.

Currently, I run a business development firm, where we operate as the growth partner for startups. Providing the sales support, resources, & expertise necessary to get them to where they need to be.

However, I'm looking to build a suite of products/solutions that make a difference. And to accomplish something of the magnitude that I have in mind, the magnitude that produces levels of value that spans decades. I'll need a team, a strong team, a formidable team. A team that does not waver. Well, as you know, that starts with the founders.

To give a little bit of info on me:

  • Currently running a business development firm
  • Previously worked at Solera ($11B Holdings company in SaaS), and JFI (Consulting firm focused on AWS; built a book of business worth $700,000 in less than 4.5 Months)
  • Ultra-interested in Business Models, Operations, and Business Development... Like that shit literally gets me excited, talking about vertical integration, or organizational development, or Go-To-Market Strategies

So obviously, I seem to be the business/sales guy. To round out the team, we'd need:

  • Technical Guy/Girl (Software)
  • Technical Guy/Girl (Hardware)
  • Marketing Guy/Girl

Our focus verticals:

  • Environmental Products, Solutions, & Projects
  • Cannabis Products, Solutions, & Projects
  • DApps focused on social networking utilizing the blockchain, Web3 & Web5 technology

Our focus clients:

  • Emerging & Developing countries with energy/waste issues and inefficiencies
  • Cannabis operators looking for technological infrastructure improvements
  • Cities, States, and Municipals

Now, the pilot project? Or, would you rather get a snippet into some of the other product/solution pipeline, first?

Well, yeah you're right I guess we could go over the pipeline in our intro call when we test commitment and our overall alignment.

So, the pilot project in question is a simple project in terms of how it will be accomplished. But, more importantly, it will allow us all to work together, work out a few kinks, determine proficient processes to carry forward, and build a bit of momentum into developing the other products/solutions in the pipeline.

The pilot project:

  • Focused on the cannabis industry
  • Very micro solution for operators within it and consumers
  • Capitalizes on a growing trend, and something that has a 35%+ CAGR in the coming years

For it, I will take on the business development portion, we'd need a technical cofounder to build out the application & marketplace, we'd need the marketing cofounder to collaborate among brand development.

The Hardware technical cofounder and I would focus on an environmental solution that is slated within the product/solution pipeline; it's a solution I've been working through. The solution is a WTE (Waste-to-Energy) micro unit by way of pyrolysis to avoid incineration, that would power residential & commercial communities - where the excess energy would be routed to a macro facility to be held incase of a blackout, to then be redistributed, allowing the micro units to act as build in back-up generators for these communities (allowing for a micro grid of sorts).

Here's how I see our process looking:

  • R&D on possible product/solution
  • MVP of said product/solution deployed to a focused group of clients
  • Assessment of feedback, measuring the lifecycle of the product/solution (Beta V1 - V5, Full Release) and the timeline forecasted
  • Product/Solution Management
  • Assessment of whether to exit product/solution or continue its development in-house (Conducted by determining what the marginal analysis says)
  • Peak into the product/solution pipeline to see what's next, or conduct further R&D for another product/solution

Bottom line, I believe we find ourselves in a very interesting time. Times like these do not come very often. We have in front of us, opportunities EVERYWHERE, opportunities to leave an impact that will touch generations beyond our own. New technologies are springing up, industries and markets are being born, there. is. so. much going on, right now. SO MUCHHHH!🀩 Honestly, shoutout Drake & Future, because, truly what a time to be alive.

So, I say this to say, I'm looking forward to hearing from whoever is eager to tackle some of the things I've listed above, and more importantly: who is eager to identify, and stumble upon other areas of opportunity. The people who are eager to either join this founding team, or work with us. The people who see the threads of impact, value, and improvement that we have the opportunity to sew into the fabric of humanity.

Cheers to the future, and cheers to those of us, who usher it! 🍻
