Looking to connect with non-technical founders

Just joined IH. I am in the same boat. I have 20 yrs in Pharmaceuticals, especially in the competitive intelligence space. The industry uses databases for lots of different needs for insights and lots of $$$ exchange for insights. A couple of particular portals are of interest to me- patent and pricing databases. This data is critical in the pharma ecosystem. There are some small players that charges subscriptions to pharma companies and investors outfits like JP Morgan, Chase, Moody's. And there are some big players as well. The value prop of the SaaS that I am thinking of will be 'just good enough' portal with competitive pricing. I just licensed my first LLC in support of an app I'm developing. This has been an idea/dream in my head for so long it should have been making mortgage payments for years. Anyway, it would have never gotten as far as it has without AI. I'm 57 and was terrified of AI since the 80's and I first saw Terminator. I wouldn't have trusted one with a plug nickel up until the start of th is year when I had a small idea for a different app and began asking ChatGPT some foundational questions about viability, and was very impressed with the answers I was getting back. Needless to say, my opinion of the technology has changed completely, and if it weren't for the AI I wouldn't be nearing the launch of my investors landing page to get things going. But I'm no techie, and couldn’t tell you the difference between ios and bios if they are even technical terms. But I'm here looking for a web designer to help me out with all the web page design and construction. Then I saw your group and had to drop in for a peek. I welcome any advice, tips, or tricks of the trade, to help me see this through to the success that I know it will be. Thanks

I'm not sure if your specific expertise can help me but I would think your experience can. I am a non-technical founder which to me means the guy with the idea, vision and pocketbook. I had an app built which I think is very intune with our times, has great utility and has massive potential for expansion. Unfortunately, my lack of knowledge and ingenuity have prevented it from catching on. The idea is valid. It is my execution that has failed it. At this point, funds have run dry and I have lost the limited support that I had. The app is in the App and Google Play stores but it is stagnant. I need a technical head of dev or co-founder to handle maintaining the app and perhaps building it out into additional verticles and most importantly help me present it so I can complete a raise. I had the app converted to Flutter several years ago. Based on your appraisal of the concept, your consult on how I should proceed, including a reality check to abort, would be helpful. THX
