Looking to hire a freelance developer or partner with a technical co-founder

My side project blew up this past month via a reddit AMA I conducted on Data and Analytics in content creation.

I went from doing 1 on 1 consulting within the creation space to gauging market fit and planning the development of a platform that provides creators with in-depth audience analytics to better their engagement and visibility.

Until now my efforts have been focused on building relationships with different creators and gauging market fit. I've done this via creators interviews and surveying (83% of survey respondents have asked to be placed on the waitlist)

At this point I've also connected with a rather successful founder who is actively acting as an advisor to me as well as potential investors who I'll be meeting with for pre-seed funding.

I'm not a technical person and I don't know what I don't know so I'm looking to either hire a freelance full-stack developer who can help me with building the platform or partner up with a technical co-founder.
